What is stress? And what causes it? Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires hard thought that could go against you or make you think in ways that you wish not too. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses that could cause emotional strain or tension. Things that cause stress are called stressors. There are many things that could cause stress. That could go from too much school work to conflicts at home, so many things can cause stress so it's important to know when you are stressed and how to solve the problems that it brings to you. Is stress normal for me to get? Stress is a normal part of life. You can experience stress from your environment, your body, and your thoughts, even positive changes in your life can cause you stress its all dependent on your situation and your mental health at the time.Your palms may sweat, your mouth could get dry, and your stomach can twist but it’s all very normal. What does stress do to me? And should I worry about it ? Stress can lead to anxiety, Cardiovascular disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, heart attacks, and strokes. Worry no, if anything that will cause more stress on you and everything will go downhill from there. Should the stress be left alone absolutely not. Stress that's left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes. I like that you put the symptoms of stress because it can help you define if you’re actually stressed or not. This is a very informative blog, more information than opinion, so I feel like anyone can read this and have a good understanding about stress. Good job

In 11th grade, the intense study life did put a lot of pressure on me, and I became less communicative with others. Moreover, studying abroad for a long time will make me lose many trustworthy people. The stress is hidden in myself. I don't want to share my stress with others. I'm afraid to cause them trouble. I liked how you defined what stress is and what stressors are. I think it was really smart to ask questions to make us think more about it and you had a lot of suggestions and tips to deal with it which I found was really helpful.
